The company was established in March 1978 as a joint-stock company with 45% foreign capital, in partnership with British Lift Slab, aiming to introduce and develop innovative construction systems that were not previously used in Egypt or the region.In 1991, Creastmark became a 100% Egyptian-owned company after the full transfer of the foreign partner’s share to the Egyptian partner, while maintaining technical support only—reflecting the strength of the local entity and its accumulated expertise.In 1999, the company was listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange, further affirming its position as a trusted organization committed to transparency and institutional governance.Over the past decades, Creastmark has successfully executed numerous major projects inside Egypt and abroad, particularly in the Gulf countries and the Middle East, as a specialized contractor in modern construction technologies and advanced engineering solutions.
